    Dear support, This is my third attempt in trying to get an answer from you. My MD803 cannot be used on any car as the screen shows: This vehicle program is not authorized. Please obtain authorization. Please, how do I obtain "authorization". Thank you, Alex.

    Acording to your description, I suggest you to do an update for your MD802. Pls follow the instructions in your user manual to update your tool, then power on to see if it works fine.

    Hi The best way to fix that is Format you sdhc card Run up date program Instal all updates Exit Run program again You should get mmasage that authorization is renew Thanks
